Just found out from Colten Clemans, MBA, SHRM-CP - President Elect of Panhandle Human Resources Association that the registration is up to 61 folks! I am only 4 attendees away from the record attendance. I promise that those 61 individuals, who attend and participate, will receive a whole new way of communicating and connecting with potentially everyone in their life (yes, even a spouse or family member). Woah! You need a coaching habit if... You feel your team is over-reliant on you. You feel that employees are not growing and developing. You are feeling burnt out. Your team is not being creative or innovating. You seemingly have no time for higher-level strategic tasks. Want to solve this for your organization? Reach out.

I loved working alone. I was the only person with my role in the org. I researched, implemented policy, and did what needed done-quickly. However, I had ALL of the responsibility. I didn't have a team to help. My time to research best practices and innovate decreased as the work increased. Without a team or peers, I lacked dissenting voices to improve my practice and help me see what could be possible. Faculty Affairs...Provosts, I get it. I know you're busy doing the work. I get many requests for insight into what other Faculty Affairs offices are doing. If you'd like to compare processes and practices, consider joining our webinar, How to Support Success in Faculty Affairs: Introducing the Faculty Affairs Institutional Readiness (FAIR) Model, on October 1st at 1pm ET/10am PT. If you cannot attend, registration will ensure you have access to a recording. https://lnkd.in/eu23brWH

🎒📚 It’s Back to School with Manuka Doctor, and we're excited to share our latest campaign! Leveraging Manuka Doctor’s WeChat channel, we’ve crafted a targeted approach to connect with high school and college students as they head back to campus. Here’s how we made an impact: ⚡️Engaging Content: We created a fun and relatable comic strip, knowing that students love a good comic! ⚡️Localized Messaging: Our copy was tailored to resonate with Chinese students, focusing on their back-to-school experiences. ⚡️Addressing Student Needs: We tackled common student pain points—like sleepless nights and breakfast dilemmas—positioning Manuka Doctor as the perfect solution. ⚡️Solutions for Global Students: Recognizing that many students have traveled to new countries for school, we highlighted that studies suggest these students often face stomach and gastrointestinal issues due to acclimation challenges. A spoonful of Manuka Doctor honey can provide a comforting solution during this transition. Our strategy effectively engages the young Chinese consumer, offering them practical solutions. 💫🖖 #backtoschool #manukadoctor #wechatmarketing #studentlife #marketingstrategy #china #chinamarketentry #chinamarket #wechat #chinamarket

𝐌.𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 - 𝐀 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐚𝐲! Was less motivated to post these after the previous presentation posts were deleted when the account was hacked a few months ago. It has been 16 months since the M.Phil. routine began, and the time spent in learning from professionals around has been enriching so far. To hear and understand the nature of difficulties from individuals coming in with a wide variety of concerns, stories rich in unique experiences and the relationships formed with a shared effort to make meaning out of it is an opportunity that has shaped not only the theoretical knowledge but also about the general way of life. Be it Unit or Departmental presentations and discussions, I enjoy them wholeheartedly!! Sharing today's presentation as I remember how I started this 𝐌.𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 soon after my 1st ever presentation made in this M.Phil. course. . . . Gave a presentation today in the same unit where I also gave my 1st ever presentation after 14 months, lots of memories and learnings to lookback at. I hope this helps!! #ClinicalPsychology #OCD #Presentations

Totally agree with Lauren Minnie that student voice and choice is about empowering BOTH students and teachers! Teachers definitely need to feel safe & brave in creating opportunities to reflect, identify and design effective learning experiences! “Documentation and reflection had significantly improved collaboration in my (English) department. Before, our meetings were focused on administrative tasks, but now they serve as spaces to discuss different pedagogies and learning strategies. We would examine student work together, observe each other’s lessons, and give valuable feedback. We have surfaced assumptions that hindered innovation, such as prioritizing outdated exam paper practice over thinking routines that engage students in deeper learning. Uncovering our biases has enabled us to better understand students’ challenges, interests, and learning needs, empowering us to innovate in a manner that aligned with school goals.” ~ Lauren Minnie For more about Lauren’s stories, visit: https://lnkd.in/g6mTAPaJ
<Envisioning Innovation in Education (EIE) Stories: Lauren Minnie - Driving innovation through documentation & reflection> Explore the Envisioning Innovation in Education (EIE) Stories video series to learn how diverse Hong Kong school leaders and teachers approached innovation in education during the 3-year EIE project. Through 7 different stories, our local and international school educators share their valuable insights on how to experiment individually, collaborate with colleagues, and empower students to promote change in education. For Lauren’s story, she shared how she used documentation and reflection to innovate in her classroom and as a department with her colleagues (formerly) at Marymount Secondary School. Documentation is a practice of observing, recording, interpreting, and sharing in different media the processes and results of learning to deepen and extend learning. This strategy supported her continuous reflection and adjustment in teaching practice to approach educational innovation. By effectively capturing learning moments involving both her students and herself, documentation made learning visible and empowered students and teachers. It also enabled the team to engage in evidence-based discussions, challenge assumptions and have profound conversations to advance teaching practices. Lauren advocates for allocating time and space for reflection through documentation among students and colleagues. Whether you’re a school leader, teacher, or education practitioner, we hope that these valuable insights and processes will inspire action in your own context! It aimed to connect schools to innovations in education, inspire new approaches to practice, & ignite local & system-wide change.
