What was missing at the Post and Parcel Expo 2024 Here are the four things I want to see changed for the next year's event: 🟡 The relatively low presence of software vendors in an increasingly digital logistics landscape. 🟡 The near-absence of AI-powered solutions despite their potential to optimize delivery and customer service processes. 🟡 The lack of robotic and autonomous delivery systems on display, even though automation is crucial for the future of last-mile logistics. 🟡 Some exhibitors could have stepped up their marketing and sales efforts, with a few empty booths and lacklustre engagement seeming out of place in such a competitive industry.
