🎉 Celebrating Aili's Remarkable Career at Leibur 🎉 After nearly 52 years of dedicated service, we bid farewell to Aili Brandt as she embarks on her well-deserved retirement. Aili's journey with Leibur began on July 23, 1973, when she joined as a young apprentice. Her career has been a testament to her commitment and team spirit. ✔Career Highlights: 1973: Started as a Pastry Level III worker at Leibur. ✔Various Roles: Worked as a dough rolling machine operator, press worker, and macaroni product dryer. 1991: Transitioned to the warehouse as a packer, later becoming a controller and warehouse keeper. 2001: Moved to the role of telemarketer, where she worked until her retirement on March 28, 2025. Throughout her career, Aili has adapted to numerous changes, including the shift from manual paperwork to computerized systems. Her dedication to her colleagues and the relationships she built have been the cornerstone of her long tenure at Leibur. 🤝 ✨Looking Ahead: Aili plans to enjoy her retirement by focusing on personal interests, including gardening at her Muuga plot. 🌱 Her story is an inspiring example of loyalty and hard work.
