What are some things to keep in mind when making cold calls? ☎️ 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗲 - Focus on sounding confident and assumptive ☎️ 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 - What’s the rationale for you contacting that person in the middle of the day? ☎️ 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 + 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘄 - Slowing down your speech, using pauses will make you come across more confident & allow the prospect to digest what you're saying. ☎️ 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹 - It’s human nature to assume that the call is critical or potentially urgent if a number rings a second time in quick succession. ☎️ 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 - Be data driven in understanding when during the day and the week is the best time to call.
