I know you must have heard this before but this is what I did in organizing UNIBEN TECH WAVE'24. ✓ Understand the vision of the conference ✓ Get the best team and pitch your idea to them ✓ Start preparing early for your conference or event. ✓ Learn to work perfectly under pressure ✓ Get a regular feedback from each core team members.
