1.Developing a Risk Based Contamination Control Strategy – Jim Polarine
· Developing a Contamination Control Strategy that ensures a robust assurance of contamination prevention.
· Advancing a CCS Program with modern technology including RABS and Isolators.
· Improving key elements of your CCS Program: Gowning, Personnel Practices, Cleaning and Disinfection, and Materials Transfer.
2. How to Minimize Risk of Microbial, Endotoxin and Particulates Contamination – Richard Chai
· Common microorganisms found in cleanroom, and how to control them.
· Evaluating endotoxin risk, this can include CIP 100 effectiveness against endotoxin
· Evaluating particulates generation risk, and this can include through the use of Tyvek substrate instead of cellulose paper, and also rouge on SS surfaces, and biofilm.
3.CCS : Guidelines to good cleaning and disinfection implementation in BioPharma facility? - Jim Polarine
· Methods of cleaning and disinfection for cleanroom cleaning will be covered including two and three bucket cleaning cleaning methods and wiping techniques
· Cleaning frequencies for aseptic and non-sterile cleanrooms will be discussed.
· Material transfer and cleaning of RABS and Isolators will be conveyed.Case studies in fungal spore control will be covered directly related to facility maintenance and materials transfer on carts
