شؤون الموظفين لو سمحتو فيدونا إذا الكلام صحيح REMOVE THESE SECTIONS FROM YOUR CV -Personal Information: Avoid including sensitive personal details such as: Date of birth Marital status Nationality Social Security number (or equivalent) Gender Religion -Photograph: Unless specifically requested by the employer (common in some countries), do not include a photo. -Salary Information: Do not mention your current or expected salary. -Reasons for Leaving Previous Jobs: It is not necessary to explain why you left a previous job. -Full Address: Typically, including your city and state or just the city is sufficient. A full home address is not needed. -Every Job Ever Held: Only list relevant and recent work experience. Including every job you've ever held can make your CV overly long and cluttered. -Irrelevant Work Experience: Jobs that are not related to the position you are applying for, especially if they are from a long time ago, should be omitted. -References: Listing references or writing "References available upon request" is unnecessary unless specifically asked for by the employer. -Personal Hobbies: Avoid listing hobbies unless they are directly relevant to the job. -Excessive Details on Education: Do not include details like high school if you have higher education degrees, or list every course taken unless relevant to the job. -Outdated or Irrelevant Skills: Avoid listing skills that are no longer relevant to the job market or not applicable to the role you are applying for.

Today I have participated in one of episodes of #CV_UP where we talked as it's mentioned below about the differences between " spontaneous candidate and candidate for specific job position" A spontaneous application is a way that helps the job seekers to promote themselves to companies despite the absence of job positions in the first place. in a nutshell, I am going to highlight the key points that we as candidates must be aware of and follow. -Prepare a list of HR email of the companies you are interested in working for. -Imploying "The hook" tech. for example in the subject case type : Spontaneous candidate/ Finance analyst/ 5 years experience. Spontaneous candidate/sales representative/800 clients. the hook is designed to grab the HR's attention and prompt them to open and read your email. - The core of the email: should contain a maximum of 5 lines summarizing the most important point about you, as the HR professionals donot have time to read long pages. - Only include what is required and necessary , such as "CV ". Aviod to share your personal information and other documents as " driving license, military service card .." unless requested. -Offer samll services for free as a way to showcase your abilities in your profession " proven effective with our guest " - Consistancy is important, keep sending reminders to show your availability and interest. In the end, I would like to thank Mr Bahieddine TAKI for this innovative idea and the opportunity he provides to help job seekers enhance their chances of landing an interview.
