Life at KSNPM | Guest Lecture at Queen's University Belfast!   Recently, KSN Project Management Associate Director Sean Farrell and Senior Project Manager James Doggart had the privilege of providing a guest lecture on “Importance of Cost Planning and Control for Project Managers and The Use of Emerging Technologies for Managing Costs on Construction Projects” to Construction Project Management Masters students.   At KSNPM we believe that providing our insights on industry practices will help to better equip the next generation of Construction Project Managers. It was an absolute pleasure to engage with the students and we were truly impressed by the enthusiasm and curiosity of the students.
