After nearly four decades of leadership, Rod Schrader will step down from his Chairman and CEO roles at Komatsu America Corp. on March 31st, with full retirement in June 2025. Succeeding him as CEO of Komatsu North America Corp. is Rod Bull, who currently serves as EVP of Komatsu’s North America region. “It has been an incredible honor to lead Komatsu America and its talented team across the U.S. and Canada,” said Schrader. “I am proud of all that we have accomplished, and I have full confidence that Rod will continue to propel the company forward with a clear vision and strategic leadership.” We thank Rod Schrader for his dedication and leadership, which have helped shape Komatsu’s success, and we look forward to the future under Rod Bull’s guidance.
