Your plants getting too big is a good problem to have, but it’s still a problem. 🌲⬆️ I constantly maintain the theme that creativity 🎨 is very important when growing, the main reason being you never know what a seedling 🌱 will turn into. Being cognizant of this fact is paramount because you want to be able to adapt on a dime. 🪙 No matter how well prepared you are with grow books 📚 and tutorials online, as a home grower you are constantly going to run into issues because you are trying to create something special while simultaneously living your life. How do you maintain a dry house when the grow needs to be at 50% humidity? 💦 How do you ensure discretion from your neighbors when you’re growing that super loud herb? 🚔 How do you keep your wife from freezing her ass off 🥶when you need the house at 65 degrees F Just to make sure your flower room doesn’t get above 77 degrees? You don’t know what you don’t know, and it will take a while to figure that out, my goal is always to expedite a grower’s journey to getting great quality and a great yield on their very first harvest. 🔥 Garlic is my teacher 🔥 Today, I harvested my garlic, and it reminded me of a couple of key lessons: 💡 Exponential growth sometimes looks really small at first. Garlic is planted as a single clove. It then grows over eight months into an entire head of garlic. 🐚 This crop informs next year's crop. The biggest cloves yield the best garlic plants and bulbs, so instead of eating the biggest ones (or at least not all of them!) I save them for planting in the winter. This is the start of a virtuous cycle. ❄ Winter is incubation. In the stillness of winter, with its scarcity and cold, garlic grows underground, covered by a blanket of mulch. Don't confuse stillness for stagnation. Without that phase, this harvest wouldn't have happened. 😎 Share the harvest. One of my favorite parts of summer is giving away a recently picked crop. What is abundant and how I can share it? What in nature inspires your leadership? Bonus points if you share a picture of it :). #garlic #biomimicry #summer #winter #abundence The picture below is a bundle of garlic that has just been picked. The thin stalks are still green, and and you can see dirt on each bulb. They are tied together in a bundle.

Introduction: Giant White Pears are known for their large size, crisp texture, and sweet flavor. These pears thrive in well-drained soil and require proper care to reach their full potential. Did you know? Lesser kudus are primarily browsers, meaning they feed on leaves, fruits, and shrubs rather than grasses. They prefer acacia and other woody plants but will also eat herbs and grasses when available. They are known to be quite selective feeders, often grazing in the early morning and late afternoon to avoid the heat of midday. #exoticwildlifeassociation #ewa #wildlifeconservation #exoticwildlife #conservation #conservationthroughcommerce #didyouknow #lesserkudu
