we just finished reading a job application to join the Kiki.nyc 🥨 team that made us cry. this is what we’re looking for. people with a deep purpose behind why they need (yes, need, not just want) to do this. this is from someone who hasn’t been given a real shot in life yet but took us on a journey through their experiences to where they are today. they didn’t try to sell us. they didn’t brag. they don’t have a flashy career track record or a fancy school on their resume. but bloody hell, they have a why, a deep, undeniable commitment to going all in. to everyone applying and being so vulnerable with us (strangers), thank you. seriously. you don’t understand how much we appreciate it. stories like these mean so much more to us than just a skill set. also, we’re getting a lot of messages asking “are you still accepting applications?” yes, we are. we’ll be taking applications for a long time, so keep applying. link in comments below to apply can’t wait to buy more tissues x
