Kiki.nyc is hiring in 🗽 we've been flattered by great applications from ivy leagues, but what has really blown us away are the vulnerable stories from people who have traveled a huge distance to where they are today. they might be making coffees today but are desperate to prove themselves and can have a huge impact on this world if given a shot. 'distance travelled' means "what you have been through in life so far?" often, the more rejection or hardship you've faced, the deeper your 'why' is behind going all in on something. this is what we’re searching for to join us as our Hero of the marketplace 🦸🏻♀️ the people whose resume doesn’t even get a second glance, haven't had an easy run in life but are incredibly capable and they just haven’t been given a chance to prove it. when applying, be as vulnerable as you possibly can be in your cover letter, really deeply reflect on your journey so we can feel your story. link to apply in comments. goodluck, can’t wait to read!
