Construction is underway at Live! Casino & Hotel Virginia 🎰 The next installment in the Live! family of entertainment destinations is taking shape in Petersburg, VA, bringing world-class gaming, #hospitality, and live events to the region. Spanning 400,000 square feet, the venue will feature a #casino gaming floor, luxury hotel, restaurants, a state-of-the-art performance space, and expansive event facilities—all designed to create an immersive guest experience. With the groundbreaking ceremony marking the official start of construction, progress is now underway on key structural elements that will define the space. Designed in collaboration with Perkins Eastman and developed by The Cordish Companies, the project features a column-free performance venue, a signature porte cochere, and engineered support for large-scale LED signage, all crafted to enhance the venue’s functionality and visual appeal. Having contributed to multiple Live! projects across the country, the #StructuralEngineering behind this development continues to push the boundaries of design and entertainment.
