One of the best parts of working in a creative environment is when you see your ideas click with your team. 💡 ✨

I'm going to take full screen vertical. And it's gonna mask in and then put it around my face. Like this you can add visual beats and pulses like this in just a few clicks.
I talk a lot about creativity and productivity. This time is different.
The fellas at Viddy Studio have created a solution to a legitimate problem: cutting out the bad takes.
With Viddy Studio you instantly go from your scripted content to the fun part of editing, instead of sifting through all of your bad takes for hours, pulling your hair out, I could go on and on...
Enough talk. Viddy Studio is phenomenal. And no I'm not being paid to say that.

I have been working on developing an Audio Description Training Program for the Seattle/King County arts and cultural sector. Audio description is a term used to describe the descriptive narration of key visual elements in a performance, visual art exhibition, video, or multimedia product. This process allows individuals who are blind/low- vision to access content that is not otherwise accessible simply by listening to the audio. In audio description, narrators typically describe actions, gestures, scene changes, and other visual information.
There is a dearth of audio describers, especially for our theaters. I'd love for there to be a new pool of describers so that blind and low-vision patrons can access the wonderful, uplifting, and powerful arts experiences our region offers.
Are you interested in being an audio describer in the Seattle area?
Are you interested in being a user expert who can go to theater shows and museum tours and give feedback to apprentice audio describers?
Are you interested in funding this important program?
Are you an AD trainer potentially interested in doing the training and/or mentoring?

Creating an audio version of a course syllabus can boost student engagement, excitement, and overall comprehension. It not only encourages students to read the syllabus but also caters to those who struggle with written text. Adobe Audition, with its multitrack editor for adding music and sound effects, is a great tool for this task. Other free tools are also available to explore.
