I could not agree more with this point. Most b2b buyers aren’t ready to buy at the first contact. It’s the seventh, eighth or even fifteenth conversation that could catch them at the right time. Build value into the relationship from the beginning. This is where thought leadership marketing and earned media can give sales teams support.
