I've been in the HR Business Partner world for about 15 years now and have worked with a mix of small firms and Fortune 100 companies. Currently, I’m at the HQ of a local manufacturing company, and honestly, I love my job. But I’ve recently received a tempting offer from a well-known company (think tier 2 FANG), which has got me thinking... Should I go for it? Here’s a quick rundown of what I’m weighing: Pros: Salary Boost: A whopping 15% increase on my base salary, plus a variable comp that looks promising. 💰 Remote Work: The new role offers fully remote work—much better than my current hybrid setup! Brand Recognition: The name on the resume could be a real game-changer for my career and boosts my ego a bit. 😎 Growth Opportunities: There’s significant room for upward mobility in this new role, which I don’t have much of right now unless I shift to pe... One of the Famous and well know scams happening on Linkedin. Hiring for HR Position/ Role - Permanent Work from home role- 😂 😂 Are bhai... HR ka kabhi bhi permanent work from home nhi hota...Unless that company uses Hybrid Work model where employees have to come to office for work 2-3 days a week every week and rest of the days can do work from home. Never Believe in such scams ! #HR #Scams #worklifebalance #thoughtoftheday #awareness

#CareerAdvice #HRChallenges #WorkplaceWellbeing Hey everyone! 🌟 I could really use some advice. Six months ago, I landed what I thought was my dream job as an HRBP—it's fully remote and comes with a sweet $20k pay bump! 🎉 But here's the catch: my new company is huge and global, which is a whole different ballgame for me. Coming from smaller local companies, I used to have a ton of autonomy in decision-making and processes. So, the transition has been challenging. Here's where I'm struggling: New Responsibilities: Previously, I specialized in employee relations and full-cycle recruitment, but in this role, recruitment isn't part of my job. I’m mainly focusing on performance issues and employee relations, but honestly, there haven’t been many of those challenges yet. The Year-End Review Process: Right now, we're in the midst of the year-end review and calibration sessions. This is completely new territory for me, and I'm constantly second-guessing myself. I have limited guidance, whic... Feeling Lost in Your New HRBP Role? How Can You Thrive? Answers: https://lnkd.in/gJSatnnr Let's Connect! Have you faced similar challenges? 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗥 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻? 🤔 HR job titles can vary widely across organisations, but each one plays a unique role in shaping a company's culture, supporting employees, and driving success. Here’s a quick breakdown (from my perspective) of 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙃𝙍 𝙟𝙤𝙗 𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙨 and their 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨: 🔹 𝗛𝗥 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻/𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, like maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and potentially coordinating training or recruitment. 🔹 𝗛𝗥 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿: Responsible for ER Cases and identifying risk. Coaching managers, interpreting policy and providing best advice for the business. 🔹 𝗛𝗥 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿: Collaborate closely with senior management, aligning HR practices with business goals to deliver People agenda. They are future focused, helping leaders with the strategic view of the business to help organisational development, talent management, and performance. 🔹 𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿: A job title for a standalone role or someone that is responsible for a team of Advisors in a larger organisation. They oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, focus on streamlining processes & improving employee experience. All of these roles are important to contributing to growth and success, and a differing job title is not necessarily a bad thing! If you are looking to explore you next move in HR, don't hesitate to drop me a message 🙂 #HR #HumanResources #HRjobtitles
