Understanding Financial Services can be a daunting task, but it's crucial for young people thinking about their future career, to understand the myriad of opportunities available in our amazing sector. That's why I was delighted to be asked by Speakers for Schools to help demystify our potentially complex industry for students. ‘THE COUNCIL’ OF QUALIFIED MEN “COUNCIL, noun: an advisory, deliberative, or legislative body of people formally constituted and meeting regularly. COUNSEL, noun: 1. Advice, especially that given, (Formally: 1. in accordance with the rules of convention or etiquette.) QUALIFIED, adjective: 1. Officially recognized as being trained to perform a particular job; certified.” (Oxford Languages) A ‘Council of Qualified Men’ (CQM), is made up of highly experienced, and knowledgeable Men, which is similar to a ‘Council of Qualified Women’ (CQW). Each Council provides its own Specialized Diversity of Professionals, of which, the other could not. A meeting of the Minds between the two Councils, brings insight, and Wisdom, for which, without, they would both be severely lacking. However, Counseling from Qualified Men, is needed, in order to forge a Correct, and Positive future for young men, in order to, Direct and Lead the next generation towards a successful future. Without it, Men are, for the most part, doomed to repeat the failed mistakes of their predecessors, thereby wasting valuable time, and effort on proven failed endeavors of the past, and engaging in ‘HIGHLY DESTRUCTIVE’ behavior at an ‘Extremely Higher’ rate than Women in a similar predicament. Irrespective of naysayers, the United States Military, at present, presents structural evidence of the aforementioned Councils via, formal Councils of Men and Women e.g. (Senior/Junior Enlisted & Officers Clubs), and also, Informal Councils of Men, and Woman e.g. (E4 Mafia/Barracks Leaders), on an interpersonal Barracks to Drill Hall level. Case in point, a Man, ‘No matter How Qualified’, could no more walk into a Female Barracks, and Counsel Women on the interpersonal resolution skills needed to mediate female challenges encountered within the Military, and/or Vice Versa. However, an Informal Council of Qualified Women could, and Does, Every Day. The aforementioned was said, to say this. CQM’s, and CQW’s need to be Cultivated, and Directed towards a Positive, and Pre-planned direction that benefits the Whole, or a ‘Rouge Element’ Will eventually Metastasize, and direct their followers towards Chaos. P.S. A Council is only as good as its Structure, and Rules. Because a lack of Valid Structure, and Rules creates a Chaotic Council, … GEN X, Out.

#politics #economics #NobelPrize I pay my taxes. Senator Elizabeth Warren’s wages and benefits for her to do her job to provide what public economists call pure public goods. She can buy what I produce as a private person, voluntarily, no compulsion, but she cannot take from me without compensating me and without my consent as government on the pretext that I am using public services. I use the public services I paid for, for which she is accountable to me and all of us as tax payers. US government is doing a lousy job with our money whether Democrat or Republican. The Kennedys are still worth an intergenerational family fortune and literally own parts of the Ivy League and Manhattan, Clintons are worth $200M, Obamas $60M, Warren $10M, and all have tax payer paid benefits and perks the rest of their lives including the George W. Bush Cadillac health care, not Obamacare, in retirement until they pass on. There is no Michelle Obama’s light in your heart and South Carolina Gullah culture of Kumbayah. Barack Obama does not use his own Obamacare, he does not drink his koolaid. We all should? Go figure that light in my heart with The Nobel Prize to boot to Kenya. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, and Larry Ellison these people created are worth between them $1 trillion. What the heck are these people talking about? I may be sitting on the future of humanity #OurCommonFuture, the size of the entire Chinese economy, but I am only worth $100,000. We all work for a living as she and the rest of US government does.
