One of the things I love about brand meetings is the opportunity to hear panels of successful franchisees directly share their experiences and perspectives on specific topics. This morning, we heard from some of the #mrhandyman best about "Building #Culture Through Leadership." One of the panelists started with Andrew Carnegie's famous quote - "Take away my people, but leave my factories, and soon grass will grow on the factory floors. Take away my factories, but leave my people, and soon we will have a new and better factory." Another shared on how he makes purposeful conversations with his team his number one priority. A lofty goal with as many different directions we are pulled, but certainly one I wrote down. Lastly, another panelist spoke about how he leads with trust. Trust is the starting point not a point that is built towards. A great way to start the third morning of #Neighborly #Reunion!
