The sight of runners in colourful costumes circling the loch is a reminder that, despite the challenge, this event is also about having fun and celebrating the joy of running together. But the fancy dress is more than just for show—it’s a reflection of the incredible team spirit that defines this event. For many teams, the challenge is as much about coming together as a group as it is about running the course. The shared experience of preparing for the event, supporting each other through the highs and lows of the 24 hours, and celebrating the collective achievement at the end is a powerful bonding experience.
