14hHi Block team, I recently purchased a used Mac computer that appears to be linked to a Block Inc. Apple ID. As a result, I’m unable to activate the device due to Activation Lock. I kindly ask if someone from your team could assist me in unlocking this device, as it is currently unusable. I can provide the serial number and proof of purchase if needed.
