How many worlds are you a part of and how many worlds are a part of you? I don't mean to throw a riddle , I am actually wondering!! Yesterday I had #Grace to be part of an #Awakening #Circle. I spent an hour sitting in #silence ( couldn't really calm my brain most of the time though) , another reflecting on a beautiful passage and exchanging reflections with 4 others ( are there any others? ) and having a simple home cooked meal. As I was connecting to a deeper place within me, the day's weight seemed to have been miraculously lifted. A sense of calm and acceptance of everything started soothing the judgmental thoughts. Woww!! That's how I felt about my feelings. Reflecting on yesterday, I am grateful I am part of these different worlds ! The #corporate which has a clear agenda of '#doing' and '#achieving' and a world of #awakening which is all about ' #Being'! . I am also excited to notice that within me, I hold these #parallel #universes! I have that '#Rajas' the #drive that keeps me in '#action', doing my best and I also have the '#Satva' that helps me detach. ( not always!) from the results! And yes I also have '#tamas' , the darkness that at times engulfs my light and dims my shine! #Accepting all these worlds, within and around me , seeing myself in the other and the other in me, isn't that the #purpose of this #human life? Isn't that #Spirituality?
