Great resource from TRIEC. ‘Cultural fit’ should be red flag for every leader who hears it in relation to a prospective candidate being removed from the list. Push harder and ask for specifics. Too often this is used as a way to remove candidates who might bring different experiences and persepctives and challenge the status quo. More often than not, it eliminates newcomers and diverse candidates. #newcomers #hiring #inclusion #inclusivehiring #hr
