I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding my Jio Air Fiber installation, which has been unnecessarily delayed despite completing all formalities. I had completed my KYC process and made the full advance payment three months. At that time, the KYC team assured me that the installation would be done within 2 hours, but unfortunately, even after several days/weeks, the installation has not been completed. Despite multiple attempts, the concerned team is not responding to my calls, and my complaint remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service from Jio, a brand known for its customer commitment. I kindly request your urgent intervention to ensure immediate resolution of this issue. Jio company has handed over the management of the network of Maharajganj district Siwan pin code 841238 city to lazy and corrupt officers. Despite complaining for a year, the network has not been fixed yet. These are all the complaint numbers. Jio

Hello Ambani Sir & Jio Team, My Jio number 7020480217 has lot of "call ended " & "Voice Gone in call " issues everytime. Where other companies network numbers are working fine. Please resolve this issue asap otherwise I have to port my number in other network. You have increased the price of recharge after Anant Ambani wedding also just to recover marriage & functions expenses. After 5G launch, jio service are very pathetic in calls and network issues. In such a way Jio Company will loose the market and shut down soon like reliance communications. Issue from 3rd March took 17 days to raise the SR. Service request (SR000029QTRZ) was created on 20th March after multiple escalations on LinkedIn, but till today they are not resolving the issue. NO UPDATE EVEN AFTER 25 DAYS PASSED #JioFiber #CustomerExperience-WORST #BadService #JioCare - Worst Customer Service and the escalation team is more worst #Disappointed

I applied for a JioAirFiber connection and made a payment of ₹2221.46 (Booking No: LR00000G9SO2, Transaction ID: 20250218210590000098594629248551012). However, the connection was rejected by your system, and till now, no refund has been issued. To make matters worse, the local Jio representative, Mr. Anandu (claimed to be the manager, contact: +91 88480 01799), is now completely unresponsive and not answering my calls. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I trusted Jio with my money and now feel ignored and cheated. I request immediate action and a full refund at the earliest.

Picture this: I was so excited to get JioAirFiber. Finally, fast internet! Paid ₹1000 for reallocation, expecting a quick switch. A week later? Nothing. Zilch. I have never seen such bad service from anyone like Jio. I have been complaining for a long time but I am not getting any solution for the net issue. And since yesterday it has clearly stopped working. I complained yesterday also but till now no engineer has come to fix it
