In the absence of proper education or training, they are misleading customers, disrupting processes, and your customer support team (acts as an executive support team) is backing these mistakes rather than correcting them. Despite including the email ID (grievance.officer@jio.com) of your grievance officers, I have yet to receive any response from your team. I requested a callback for proper communication, but it seems Jio has little interest in ensuring customer satisfaction, as no calls have been received from customer support. Team Jio, it’s evident that your customer support system and overall structure are corroded. You must take immediate action to address these issues. I personally believe Jio may not value its customers, possibly because of the sheer volume of customers across India. However, such cases will eventually contribute to your downfall if not addressed. Issue from 3rd March took 17 days to raise the SR. Service request (SR000029QTRZ) was created on 20th March after multiple escalations on LinkedIn, but till today they are not resolving the issue.
