Jio jiofiber jio Team Jio It appears that your executives require further training or education, as they seem incapable of completing routine tasks effectively. In the absence of proper education or training, they are misleading customers, disrupting processes, and your customer support team (acts as an executive support team) is backing these mistakes rather than correcting them. Despite including the email ID (grievance.officer@jio.com) of your grievance officers, I have yet to receive any response from your team. I requested a callback for proper communication, but it seems Jio has little interest in ensuring customer satisfaction, as no calls have been received from customer support. Team Jio, it’s evident that your customer support system and overall structure are corroded. You must take immediate action to address these issues. I personally believe Jio may not value its customers, possibly because of the sheer volume of customers across India. However, such cases will eventually contribute to your downfall if not addressed. Issue from 3rd March took 17 days to raise the SR. Service request (SR000029QTRZ) was created on 20th March after multiple escalations on LinkedIn, but till today they are not resolving the issue. NO UPDATE EVEN AFTER 25 DAYS PASSED #JioFiber #CustomerExperience-WORST #BadService #JioCare - Worst Customer Service and the escalation team is more worst #Disappointed

JIO fiber have worst customer care 113 mails in last 6 months and no solution

pls help how to connect your call center exe without your receording model..sharm ani chahiye..pls also know..why i should not raised on request on 1900 to move out without my outstanding bill...i will pay just send me total bill....sharm nahi ati....Aur jo recording medam hai unki chutti karo aur family se kisi ko adjust kar do agar expence kam karna hai to...
