🌍 World War II History: On May 31, 1962, Adolf Eichmann, a central figure responsible for implementing the Final Solution plan during World War II, was executed by hanging in Ramla prison. After the attempted assassination of President Reagan on March 30, 1981, the Lubavitcher Rebbe explained what led to it. It is a huge mistake to believe that we can expel G-d from our society and still have morality. I know. People are going to point to the Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition, Radical Islam, and so on and say that religion is the route of all evil. People are going to say that you can get a good person to do good things and a bad person to do bad things, but to get a good person to do bad things takes religion. It won't work. Evil people corrupt religion to serve them. That's definitely true. The bottom line is that without deference to a Higher Power, to a morality that is not governed by what I happen to be feeling in the moment, you end up with Hitler and Stalin, two people who created their own morality. G-d Almighty gave all of humankind seven laws to keep, laws that aren't about how I feel today, but about ultimate morality. 1. Don't worship idols. 2. Don't curse G-d. 3. Don't commit murder. 4. Don't steal. 5. Don't commit adultery or incest. 6. Don't eat a part of a live animal. 7. Maintain a justice system. Do these things, and you'll have a functioning society. On September 11, 2001, the United States faced one of the darkest moments in its history. The attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the heroic stand of those aboard Flight 93 shook the nation to its core. Yet, out of that darkness, the enduring spirit of America shone through with unwavering strength, resilience, and unity. In the face of terror, countless brave souls—firefighters, police officers, and ordinary citizens—answered the call without hesitation, embodying the courage and selflessness that define the American character. Across the nation, flags were raised higher, voices spoke louder in unity, and communities stood together with a shared resolve to rebuild, to remember, and to never forget. September 11 will always remind us of the profound sacrifices made and the undying spirit that unites all Americans. It is a day that underscores the ideals of freedom and democracy that the nation stands for, and the unbreakable will of a people who rise stronger from every challenge. Today, we honor the fallen, salute the heroes, and pledge to carry forward the values that make America a beacon of hope and liberty.

White Supremacy, Terrorism, and the Failure of Reconstruction in the United States - PDF: https://lnkd.in/gPBQ7u5i Reconstruction failed in the United States because white Southerners who were opposed to it effectively used violence to undermine Black political power and force uncommitted white Southerners to their side. Although structural factors made it harder to suppress this violence, a series of policy failures proved most important. The Radical Republican-led U.S. government did not deploy enough troops or use them aggressively. Nor did it pursue alternative paths that might have made success more likely, such as arming the Black community. The violence caused Reconstruction to fail, and the victorious white supremacists embedded structural racism into the post-Reconstruction political and social system in the South. Reconstruction's failure illustrates the dangers of half measures. The United States sought to reshape the American South at low cost, in terms of both troop levels and time. In addition, the failure indicates the importance of ensuring that democratization includes the rule of law, not just elections. Most important, Reconstruction demonstrates that a common policy recommendation—compromise with the losers after a civil war—is often fraught, with the price of peace being generations of injustice. #Reconstruction #Terrorism #WhiteSupremacy #Race #JimCrow #injustice #racism #

While it is true that fascism has arrived, don’t forget that it is a form of socialism, and nothing to do with capitalism or free markets. The notion of left versus right lacks substance when scrutinized. The term “right” can be equated to national socialism, while the so-called “center” aligns with Fabian socialism. On the other hand, the “left” represents international socialism. Remarkably, the entire left-right spectrum is entirely composed of socialist ideologies, devoid of any presence of capitalism or liberty. #TaxationIsTheft #TariffsAreTaxes
