As I step into the New Year, one moment from Christmas stays with me: 𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛. Our family came together—great-grandmother to great-grandchildren. It hit me. This doesn’t happen often anymore. Families today are spread far and wide. The chance to connect like this? Rare. A gift. A living link to our roots. Stories, traditions, love—all shared across generations. I felt it. Gratitude. Not just for the big things like health. But for these small, priceless moments. Watching my kids with their great-grandmother reminded me what matters: family, connection, legacy. This moment grounds and reminded me to: 👉 Treasure the relationships that bring meaning to our lives. 👉 Being fully present for the moments that matter 👉 Honour the past while building a meaningful future for those who come after. These values not only guide my personal life but also shape the work I do as a baby sleep consultant. Helping families prioritise rest creates space to truly connect and thrive. ✨ 𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦, 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦. What’s one moment from the holidays you’re carrying into the New Year? P.S. If your family is struggling with sleep, reach out. Let’s create the rest and space you need to thrive.

Well, it’s that time of year once again: lights, and holly, and music, and cheer. The most wonderful time of the year. But what if that’s not how this time feels for you? What if you are lonely, overwhelmed, and sad? How do you get through this time when everyone and everything you see is telling you to be happy, and you feel anything but? A lot of you are dealing with heavy things, and those things do not pause just because the holidays are upon us and there are parties to attend. When life feels particularly difficult, you have every right to decline social invitations and to hide yourself away at home. But you also have the right to experience joy. Because life doesn’t stop when things are rough. So the important question becomes what do I need right now to keep moving forward? Here’s what I am committing to for the rest of the year, and I invite you to join me: 1) Each night, sometime before you go to bed, I want you to write down one thing you need to make your day better. And commit to it. Again, it can be simple: I need to eat lunch tomorrow. I need to call my mom. I need my partner to make dinner. I need to take my vitamins. It can also be something fun: I need to meet a friend for dinner. I need to go to a movie. You get to decide what it is that you need, but by deciding the night before, you can plan for it. If making sure you eat lunch means you need to get up 15 minutes early to prep something, then you’ll be ready. 2) Each day when you wake up, before your feet even hit the floor, start by listing 3 things you are grateful for. They can be basic: I am grateful to have a roof over my head. I am grateful for my warm, cozy blankets. I am grateful it isn’t raining right now. The subject of your gratitude doesn’t matter. What matters is that you start your day in that headspace. I am not suggesting you ignore your pain or stress (although again, sometimes that IS the right choice). But what I really want for all of you is for that pain to not become your entire world. You deserve to be happy and to laugh even when things are hard. You are worthy of that.

As the holiday season surrounds us with its warmth and wonder, I’m reminded of the power of intentionality. In a world that often feels rushed, let us cherish the moments we share with one another, remembering that time is our most valuable gift. This season, I encourage you to pause and reflect—not just on what you do, but why you do it. Reach out to loved ones, lend a hand to someone in need, and even find common ground with those whose perspectives differ from your own. Kindness and empathy have the unique ability to bridge divides, fostering connection and understanding in ways words alone cannot. May your holidays be filled with joy, your heart with compassion, and your moments with purpose. Together, let’s carry these intentions into the new year, creating a world that thrives on kindness, empathy, and meaningful time well spent. Wishing you peace, love, and prosperity, Tom Willner #IntentionalLiving #CherishTheMoment #HappyHolidays #HolidayReflection #NewYearIntentions #JoyAndCompassion #BeTheChange #SpreadKindness #EmpathyInAction #TimeWellSpent #LiveWithPurpose

Is it really the most beautiful Time of the year? 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬? 🎄 Do you remember being a child and having the privilege of receiving gifts and presents from your loved ones? Do you remember gathering your family and friends around this beautiful time of the year? Well, one Christmas, 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐮𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞; in fact, it was devastating for my family. Sometimes, we tend to ignore the fact that life is full of good and bad surprises. One thing that I want to share with you and your employees is always to be grateful, say thank you more often, continue to serve others as you do and enjoy the present moment. That year, and specifically that December, we had 3 deaths in the family, and I was still a kid. Seeing Mom so depressed shocked me and also made me sensitive enough to accept things we cannot control. Are you taking time to reflect on the good things you have done this year? How much have you learned from your ups and downs? To answer my question above, I say no, it’s not the most beautiful time of year because it depends. Some people would be happy, and others won’t. Either way, it’s okay, and what makes us better humans is to be even more mindful about our blessings. Have a good Wednesday and festivities ahead. Stay well. The holiday season is here—a time to pause, reflect, and soak in the magic of the moment. 🎄✨ For me, it’s a season of gratitude. Grateful for family, meaningful connections, and the opportunities that have shaped my life this year. Taking time to reflect helps me appreciate the journey—the highs, the lessons, and everything in between. It’s also a chance to slow down and recharge. I’ve realized that when I make space to reset, even in small ways, I can approach life with more clarity and purpose. Whether it’s laughing over old stories with loved ones, immersing myself in a favorite book, or enjoying a quiet moment with a cup of tea —this time of year is a reminder to find joy in the simple things. As the year wraps up, I like to revisit my goals and think about how I can step into the new year with more focus and intention. It’s not about perfection; it’s about showing up for what truly matters. How do you use this season to reflect, recharge, and refocus? I’d love to hear what brings you joy during the holidays. Wishing you a season of peace, gratitude, and meaningful moments. 💫 #Gratitude #HolidaySeason #Reflection #PersonalGrowth

It's yet another day filled with pressure, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and lost in this bustling world. Everyone around you is busy talking about the new year, making plans, and setting goals. Yet here you are, experiencing confusion and wondering why you don't feel the same excitement. Your 2024 wasn't exactly rosy, and the uncertainty of 2025 looms ahead. But it's okay. Take a deep breath. Find a moment to kneel down and pray to God. Sing your heart out to Him, laying bare everything that's on your mind. Let Him guide you through this chaos. Now more than ever, embrace gratitude. Be thankful for the mishaps, for the challenges, and even for the painful moments because life itself is a beautiful gift. Remember, it's completely okay not to understand things the way others do. Feeling confused is a part of your own journey. Believe me, I’ve been there too. But it's important to seek out solutions, explore new paths, and discover what truly works for you. You don't have to follow the crowd. Just be true to yourself. In the long run, you will find your footing and accomplish amazing things. Each of us has our own unique path to follow, so focus on yours. Embrace where you are right now, and trust that better days are ahead. Merry Christmas and happy holidays 🌟

Sunday Reflection: A Moment to Pause As the weekend winds down, take a moment to breathe deeply and reflect on the week gone by. Sundays are a beautiful opportunity to slow down and turn inward. **Pause for a Moment:** Find a quiet space, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Allow the stillness to wash over you. 💭 **Questions for Your Inner Quest:** 1. What am I grateful for this week? 2. Did I face any challenges that taught me something valuable? 3. How can I carry the lessons learned into the coming week? 4. What intentions can I set for the days ahead? Embrace this time of introspection and allow your thoughts to flow freely. Remember, it’s in these moments of stillness that we often find clarity and peace. Wishing you a restful Sunday and a fulfilling week ahead! ✨ #reflectandintrospect #selfawarbess #powerwithin
