Introducing Our Keynote Speakers: Hao-Yi Cheng - Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen We are thrilled to announce Hao-Yi, a leading expert in environmental engineering with a specialization in sustainable wastewater treatment technologies, as a keynote speaker. As a full professor at the Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen , his research centers on the development of innovative solutions that enable low carbon emissions and facilitate resource recovery. Hao-Yi has a strong track record of translating academic research into practical applications, with several technologies successfully commercialized. A notable example is #SADeN® (Sulfur-based Autotrophic Denitrification), a proprietary technology for element sulfur-based denitrification, which has been deployed in over 30 large-scale wastewater treatment plants throughout China.
