We are excited to announce that Mitsui has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 50% stake in leading European tank terminal operator ITC Rubis Terminal Antwerp NV Antwerp, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.    ITC Rubis, a key European tank terminal operator specializing in liquid and gas chemicals, has been operating as a joint venture by Mitsui and Tepsa Infra SAS since 2008.   By fully integrating ITC Rubis, Mitsui will be able to double its earnings from the tank terminal operator and accelerate growth while leveraging the strategic location of Antwerp, Belgium, a key chemical logistics hub in Europe.
