Director of Brera Angelo Crespi introduces our collaboration between Brera, Rocco Forte and Save the Artistic Heritage in London.
This is a series of events organised in collaboration with Rocco Forte I have been working on for the past 6 months. I am very proud and very excited about it.
We will address museum directors and curators explaining how our novel, innovative and new concept will help them to reach their targets.
The concept of limited digital editions is:
✨ novel because while digital art is not new, it is novel for traditional museums. Old Masters museums seldom introduce digital artwork on their walls, despite the fact that digital art is now here to stay. Think of digital photography for example. People still print digital photographs but there is no need. They can be displayed on a screen.
✨ innovative because our patented technology binds the digital file with one and only digital display. The image is encrypted and can only be displayed on one screen, rematerialising the digital.
✨ new because digital editions are a new category of limited editions to be added to prints, serigraphs, screenprints, lithographs, gravures and photographs.
Museums who adopt our concept will introduce something novel, innovative and new to their audience and the art world.
The Director of the Pinacoteca di Brera Angelo Crespi talks about Raphael's masterpiece: "The Marriage of the Virgin". Available in a limited digital edition for international exhibitions thanks to the help of Save the Artistic Heritage.
