You know what's the worst kind of interview experience? .. The one where the interviewer asks you to turn on the camera while their camera is off! 😐 You have no way to figure out whether they're being attentive, or just doing their own work and nodding their heads all along 🙃 This shows blatant disrespect for the interviewee's time. That's why, its important to have basic interview guidelines, especially for online interviews.
