Our SVP of BD, Paulina San Millan, participated in an engaging panel about trends in #CRE at REjournals' Women in Commercial Real Estate Summit in #Chicago. Paulina emphasized #Illinois' efforts to bulk up its collection of shovel-ready sites, such as the State's major investments in site readiness. She also discussed Intersect's services, #Illinois' assets and incentives to attract companies, and how the state is enhancing partnerships with foreign countries. Paulina talked about emerging industries that are well-positioned to continue thriving in Illinois, such as #cleanenergy manufacturing and production, #quantum computing and #AI.
