As a leader, one thing I'm always going to say is I've always got a 24/7 open door policy. Doesn't matter what day or time it is, I'm always gonna be there to support. I'm always gonna be someone who's gonna leave from the front. Again, I'm a current biller. I'm not someone who's been off the phone for years. I'm still current. So I'm always gonna be there to help someone step by step. And again, I've got a proven road map and a blueprint of how to get there and how to succeed. All of my billions are current and all of them have been exceptional. So the work is there. I just need someone to cover it and implement it really the best way that I can. Beam over, my team is giving them real life examples of how I've achieved my success. So again, from day one, I've always had the same structure, the same road map, and I still implemented today. So some are coming into the business they're gonna see still today, I'm still following that road map that's led me to my success today. So how I've took my life from zero to now is still gonna be the same. So I think someone working closer with me, they're gonna see the realities of hard work, development and success and being dedicated to the job will get the fruits of life really I want. People to enjoy the job. This job can be hard. There's lots of ups and downs. Luckily we have a good environment to make young people enjoy coming to work. So working with me, there's always gonna be someone there pushing you, some always going to be in a good mood, someone always taking you through the bad points. I've been there and done it. There's always ups and downs. Luckily I've had a lot of downs so when there are down periods I know how to support people and motivate people and and get them past those points.
