Wishing Ella Mcilheron a Happy 3rd Intec-versary! Ella joined as a compliance officer, quickly mastering the recruitment contract industry and client requirements. She led our compliance process, earning a 100% score in audits by our three largest clients. In Year 2, she took on HR responsibilities during the Operations Manager's maternity leave, handling onboarding and office management. In the past year, Ella’s role expanded further to include internal branding, marketing, and Talent Acquisition. With her deep business knowledge, she's now finding our next generation of recruiters.
