The Art and Science of Organisational Health – Putting Your People at the Heart of Productivity and Performance.       Aiming to solve complex business challenges across the energy sector, I had the pleasure of attending the IoD Aberdeen & Grampian Branch dinner at the Maryculter House on Tuesday night sponsored by Q5, a consultancy firm with a difference; based uniquely on a human-centred approach measured through quantitative insights and results focused rigour.   The room reverberated in lively dialogue including. 🔗Organisational design for resilience around evolving geopolitical trends; Subjective discussion towards EPL challenges, businesses are looking towards more agnostic approaches. ⚙️Strategic Workforce Planning; Closer alignment by improving our supply chain through collaboration whilst complimenting emerging processes and technologies. 🧑🧒🧒Lastly how are North East businesses attracting & retaining talent, super insightful discussion areas with holistic approach of policy, education and employer engagement.   Thank you again for the thought-provoking evening Jamie Scott, Nicholas Mathew, Sarah Downs (F.FISP), Mark Wilson CEng CMgr.
