Seven years later, that memory still stands as a testament to the power of great leadership and vision. From 2019 to 2023, I was fortunate to dive deep into the world of procurement, documentation, and the execution of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). It was during these years that I truly understood the intricacies and core of Facilities Management – learning not just the processes, but the purpose behind them.
