2025 is on! This new year - with certainly not a day going by without new technologies changing the game - will bring amazing opportunities for the #digital industry and for our customers. After nearly 2 years as Chairman & CEO of Inetum, I'm more convinced than ever that it is the greatest time to be working in #technology services. As for HOW we want to navigate this exciting future, I think our company purpose says it all: DIGITAL IMPACT… our clients need us to focus on what matters, with digital transformation addressing the needs of the C-suite and boosting performance. … BUT EASIER, FASTER… for businesses as for public administrations, IT services must above all facilitate the daily work, improve efficiency and productivity, and make them shine with their customers and citizens. … FOR THE GOOD OF ALL: we aspire to be a great company for our people, to build sustainable IT for our clients, and to bring positive change in our local communities. Celebrating 2 Years of Growth and Transformation at Inetum Today marks exactly two years since I received the offer to join the Inetum team, and what an incredible journey it has been! Looking back, I see not just a profound transformation in myself but also in our Inetum. When I started, we were just 60 people, and now we number 117! We've grown from 5 managers to 15, including SDM, SM, TM, TL, and PM. We are a mosaic of cultures, uniting people from various nationalities including Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Brazil, and France. Many have brought their families to Portugal, trusting in my word, and this places a great responsibility on my shoulders. We're not just 117 people, but 117 families contributing to our success. We've expanded from one dedicated project to three, we support more than 80 clients around the world from Portugal and now we boast a complete organizational structure. From Level 1, providing 24x7 support, to Level 2 specialists and RUNOPs, to Level 3 experts, integrators, and architects, our team is more robust and integrated than ever. We are recognized as the largest and fastest-growing service center for Inetum in Europe, all within a collaborative and positive environment. Two years at inetum is two decades of experience and knowledge. In just 24 months, I've had the honor of serving in multiple roles—from Resource Manager to People Manager, task force leader, involved in pre-sales, and even crisis and transformation manager. But I must emphasize that all this success has only been possible thanks to our extraordinary team. They are the backbone of every achievement, identifying problems, proposing solutions, presenting opportunities, and most importantly, always standing by my side. That's why I do everything to not let them down. People are indeed our greatest asset. With this fantastic team, I've managed to achieve every set goal for each project. This anniversary is not just a milestone for me but a celebration of what we have achieved together as a team. And remember, this is just the beginning! We are ready to continue our growth journey, exploring new opportunities and reaching even greater milestones. Thank you to everyone at Inetum who made this possible. This will be a long post, but the road ahead for Inetum will be quite the marathon too! 🏃♂️📜 Implementing changes in a large organization is a challenge, especially when we are talking about a group of companies with nearly 30,000 employees. From the perspective of a company that is a leader in the European market, the moment of moving from distant traditions to modern, innovative ways of working is both exciting and fraught with difficulties. 🚀 Introducing the #InetumWay as a guiding principle in daily work is not just a strategic shift but also a profound cultural transformation. Every employee, regardless of their role, needs to understand and embrace this new philosophy. This requires time, patience, and, above all, clear communication. Although I admit that the prospect of changing 30,000 email signatures can sometimes feel like an impossible task 😅, in Poland it's just over 600 - lucky me 😉. After the initial phase of inspiration, it is crucial that the #InetumWay becomes more than just a theory but a living, dynamic guide with real significance in daily work. 🌟 This process is like navigating an unknown path, where each step presents challenges but also brings the promise of new opportunities. It is important for the entire team to see the purpose in this journey - understanding how changes impact daily tasks and contribute to the overall development of the organization. 🛤️ With determination, transparency and commitment at every level, we can not only build the foundations for the success of the #InetumWay but also strengthen the bonds among employees.
