Good Morning from NAB Show Day 3! We’ve had a great time at the show this year, come visit our booth in North Hall N2021 if you’ve haven’t stopped by to speak with us yet!
Check out this year’s booth tour below, given by Ikan’s CEO James Tian briefly going over the main products at our booth this year.
OK. Hi everyone. My name is James Tan. Welcome to NBA 2025. I'm excited to show you guys our booth in what we're showcasing here. As you can see behind you, there are two studios. 1 represents a traditional broadcast studio, which is our core business. And in that studio, you can see our Lyra lighting, which has powered well over 100 TV stations across America if you come in. But we're showcasing this year is our NDIPOE teleprompter system. As you can see, a single RJ45 cable is powering a hybrid 1000 NIT monitor. In addition to that, this is an NDI feed. So that cable is also bringing in the video feed as well as the API control for remote controlling of this monitor. We're very excited to showcase this product and release it later this month. In addition to that, we are showcasing our brand new motorized pedestal system, the single column. Can handle 60 plus pound of weight and sufficiently handle most teleprompter systems in the marketplace. If you follow me this way. What we're doing is very unique, not a lot of booth have a drop ceiling represented here at NAB, but we're trying to address is the growing non traditional broadcast market. We're talking about corporations, schools, houses of worship, education already said education. So. The goal here is to showcase our Power over Ethernet lighting. The greatest benefit of that product line is that a single RJ45 cable is powering and controlling the lights. So it's very effective, it looks very clean and in addition. PO lights are low voltage which means they can be hung on the drop ceiling without permits for electric new electrical outlets. And these cables are plenum rated which means they can go above the drop ceiling which is something that even if you have a traditional light. Like an Ether Connor, a seat that they cannot go above the drop ceiling. Finally, what we're showcasing here are our mobile AV cart. And what this device does is it's it's a single all in one unit that allows this product to be wheeled across a facility and be able to do production. So as you can see, it has our PO light, it has our ND IPO teleprompter system, it has our motorized pedestal system. It also has a rocking unit that has all the brains that allows this device to work. That includes Netgear switches Epiphan. Black Magic as well as acute SIS system and this is in fact controlled by CUSIS and QSYS is an automation platform that is very popular in the corporate market. It is something that the AV stakeholders and team members of a corporation know how to operate and support and maintain. And so this is the system that we're going to leverage and use to be able to control this entire. Device as well as the overhead lighting across. In addition, we're really excited to showcase some of our new Poe lighting. As you recall, we released our Poe lights last year with great fanfare. A single RJ45 cable is simultaneously powering and controlling the lights through our net and SACN. In addition to that, we've incorporated Qsys control across all of our Poe lighting at NAB. This year, we're showcasing some additional configurations and form factors of PO E lighting. Here. What we have is an ellipsoidal light, so this is a 65 Watt. Alex Ellipsoidal light and as you can see, it's powered by a single RJ45 cable and in fact it has interchangeable lenses for adaptability and flexibility. And perhaps the most exciting one we have is our one by one full RGBW APOE light. This is the world's first and only broadcast RGB APOE light. Again, as you can see, a single RJ45 cable is powering the light, controlling the light. This light with a DMX touch screen. So as you can see, you have full CT. Bicolor CCT. Then you can dial into different color temperatures, amber, red, green and blue and obviously the full full commercial at HSI in RGB mode. And then last but not least, we want to showcase another very exciting Poe light, which is our LBX 20 Poe, a 2 by 1 Poe light. And this light is incredibly bright. It draws 170 plus water power because each cable can carry 90 Watt of power. We're combining both and having the system integrated as a single power source. And because of that, we're able to throw an incredible amount of lumens and credible amount of foot candle from this panel. Thank you so much for taking part in our book tour. I hope you have a wonderful show.
