It’s always great to see our people and teams get the spotlight they deserve for their efforts. Two of our IFFers, Samantha Morrisroe and Rob Irving, will be sharing what they believe led to our success for last year’s Market Research Society (MRS) Oppies Awards at an MRS networking event today. Sam will discuss leading a large remote team to deliver major UK telephone surveys and her involvement in EDI initiatives, which helped inform her approach to leading over 1000 team members. Rob will highlight how the Operations team’s focus on high-quality training, continuous learning, and robust support systems has driven record revenues and recruitment results. The Operations side of the business is the backbone of what we do.
