I am often asked how to stand up an innovation function. I love all the various frameworks and models that can drive corporate innovation from a cost-center to a center-for-growth. Danielle was asked to create such a program from scratch and spent a year exploring models, interviewing founders, embedding in the startup ecosystem as well as talking with stakeholders within her own organization to understand how to build something to deliver tangible value.
