💡 We asked Nicole Kraipowich, an Anatomic Pathologist in the U.S.: Why did you join IDEXX, and what keeps you engaged with your work? "I joined IDEXX as an Anatomic Veterinary Pathologist because I thought they were the best diagnostic lab that I could be a part of. Previously I had worked here as a contractor for a short time so it was just a good fit." "The work that I do is a mixture of interesting and challenging cases. We have so many excellent pathologists that I learn from every day. I really appreciate the management and colleagues that I work with. I work from home and have been well supported with IT. We have a great scanning software for histology slides, so it has been wonderful for a remote work space. I also get to travel to the histology labs once in a while and I really enjoy connecting with the personnel there. They are so diverse and are eager to learn. I really appreciate the time to interact with them."
