Claudia recently joined Hyundai Motor America as COO, where her leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and fostering a sense of ownership within her teams. Over the years, one key lesson she’s embraced is the importance of listening and offering constructive feedback to cultivate growth as a leader. Beyond her professional life, Claudia values personal well-being, regularly exercising and cherishing quality time with her family. An interesting fact?
