We're growing our U.S. manufacturing footprint by upgrading facilities at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama and opening the brand new Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Georgia. Hyundai Steel will also establish a new $6 billion low-carbon steel plant in Louisiana as part of this transformative initiative.

Hyundai”s on going commitment to the U.S. and global market is growing again in the United States, after a 6 billion dollar EV PLANT they just opened they now announce this new and exciting 21 billion dollar endeavor, it’s simply incredible! And for all those who spoke negatively about the hiring of Jose Munoz our President and CEO now, from Nissan, I’m pretty sure if he was the “last laugh kind of guy” (he’s not) he would be laughing about now! Congrats again Hyundai!
