The 229 grooving system is one of more than 25,000 HORN standard items. System 229 has multiple holders offering different capabilities. In order to provide the user with enhanced versatility, HORN has combined the properties of various holders. The new tool holder for the system 229 has two connections for coolant transfer, either via a threaded port on the side of the holder or directly to the insert contact surface.
