If there's one thing the world needs right now, it's #gadugi (gah-doo-gee). Gadugi is a Cherokee word that translates to "working together" or "cooperative labor" in English. It reflects our Cherokee cultural value of community collaboration and mutual aid, where people come together to help one another for the common good. #Deloitte #CherokeeNation #BuildingCommunities
Gadugi. It's in our roots. ❤️ Volunteer at gadugi-corps.cherokee.org.

I just tried every 🌿 infused beverage on the shelf at Total Wine & More in Florida.... I agree that Rebel Rabbit is the best seltzer on that market. Sure I am a biased founder, but I've also tried no less than 50 other brands and well over 100 different SKUs. So I have done my research and I like to think I'm capable of remaining objective. Why do I genuinely believe Rebel Rabbit is the best tasting seltzer on the market? What's IN the liquid as well as what's NOT in the liquid: -Organic flavor -No artificial sweeteners -No preservatives (unless you count citric acid) -No synthetic converted 🍃 material -No emulsion aftertaste Series incoming on these product features....
Here’s what our Rebel community is saying... 👀⬇️👏

Acknowledging Excellence Acknowledging excellence in people who serve us is not only a gesture of appreciation but also a vital component of fostering a positive and supportive community. Whether it's frontline workers, customer service representatives, or public servants, individuals who dedicate themselves to serving others often go above and beyond their duties to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Recognizing their contributions not only validates their efforts but also inspires others to strive for excellence and contribute to the common good. Moreover, acknowledging excellence in those who serve us helps to cultivate a culture of gratitude, respect, and reciprocity. By expressing appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and compassion of service providers, we reinforce the value of their contributions and strengthen the bonds that unite us as a society. This recognition not only boosts morale and job satisfaction among service providers but also fosters a sense of pride and belonging within the community as a whole. Furthermore, acknowledging excellence in people who serve us can have ripple effects that extend far beyond individual interactions. When we publicly recognize and celebrate acts of service and kindness, we reinforce social norms that prioritize empathy, altruism, and cooperation. This, in turn, encourages others to emulate these behaviors and contribute positively to their communities, creating a virtuous cycle of mutual support and goodwill. In conclusion, acknowledging excellence in people who serve us is not just a nicety but a fundamental aspect of building a compassionate, inclusive, and resilient society. By recognizing and celebrating the efforts of service providers, we honor their contributions, inspire others to follow their example, and strengthen the bonds that unite us as a community. Whether through simple expressions of gratitude or formal recognition programs, acknowledging excellence in those who serve us is a powerful way to foster a culture of appreciation, respect, and collaboration that benefits us all.

Thanksgiving is a holiday complicated by a history of harm, violence, and colonialism. We can’t be unwilling to turn toward that truth. And while we, as a country, are tasked to grapple with this reality, we honor the connections we share, the diverse stories we hold, and the spaces we create for everyone to be seen, loved, and truly known. Whether that be at the table, on the couch, outside around a fire, a bbq, or dinner at a restaurant, we use this time to remember who we are in the moments that we have each other. We can use this love, this connection, this togetherness to fuel our solidarity with our indigenous kin and with the complicated roots of our country’s identity. Together, we can build a world where community and justice are at the heart of every table. 🍂 Wishing everyone a blessed Thanksgiving holiday surrounded by the people you love the most. I know I’m a day late in celebrating World Kindness Day (yesterday, Tuesday 13th November 2024), but shouldn’t every day be World Kindness Day? In the fast-paced, high-demand world we work in, it's easy to get caught up in tasks, deadlines, and to-do lists. But let’s take a moment to remember that we’re not just employees, clients, or colleagues—we’re people, each with our own challenges, goals, and lives outside the office. We spend so much time collaborating in teams, often unaware of what others might be going through. That’s why kindness matters more than ever. Whether it’s a simple “How are you today?” or taking the time to really listen, small acts of kindness can make a huge difference. We’re all busy and the pressure is real, but when you ask a team member to take on a task, don’t forget to ask with kindness. Show empathy. Give a compliment. Be understanding. A little kindness goes a long way in creating a more supportive, productive, and positive work environment. So, let’s make every day #WorldKindnessDay. Let’s cultivate kindness in our words, actions, and culture—and build a workplace where everyone can thrive, both professionally and personally. Kindness isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s a must-have. 💙 #KindnessMatters #Teamwork #CorporateCulture #Leadership #WorkplaceWellbeing #Empathy
