🎆 Important Update: Threshold Incentives Ending 🎆 As of April 1, 2025, HOM, Inc. is officially ending the Threshold incentives program—but this is not the end of our commitment to housing stability. Instead, we’re shifting focus to long-term risk mitigation services to better support our landlords, tenants, and service providers. Over the past few years, these incentives have helped secure homes for more than 1,250 households, with $2.88 million paid out to property owners. Thanks to our strong network of 500+ landlords and 1,350+ properties, we no longer need to rely on incentives to find available housing.
