It's time to celebrate. Victoria Medical Centre Eastbourne opened in summer 2022 after many years of developing and facilitated the merger of 3 practices with a combined patient list of circa 20,000. Funny/sad take on the plight of too many docs. At long last, the pendulum is swinging back to physicians working on behalf of patients rather than mega carriers (via mega health systems). Thousands of physicians and their clinician colleagues have created a multi billion dollar parallel healthcare economy where doctors can be doctors rather than glorified billing clerks spending 2 hours on administrative bureaucracy for every hour of patient time. My only regret is clinicians groomed and gaslit in the old system that leaves clinicians contending with moral injury and over 100 million patients in debt aren't aware of the highly attractive alternative that is growing exponentially. Kudos to orgs like the Direct Primary Care Coalition, Free Market Medical Association, The OrthoForum & many others letting their membership know that employers and unions are eager to work with them in a fair system. Many of them start with their own employee #healthplan. I'm excited to share Rosie Award winners (the best health plans in 🇺🇸) that are walking the talk as they're medical groups, TPAs, benefits consulting firms and others in the industry that are responsible for the flourishing of this new economy. #HealthRosetta #RosettaFest

I am happy to share RSCN's evaluation till 2024 year end. Though it is a small in size but our growth rate is slightly higher than market trend. This 2024, we emphasized on network expansion as well as Hospital's revenue generation. Beauty of this model is , we do not ask for any charges to doctors or hospitals. Therefore, it is very much beneficial for small hospitals / Nursing Homes , where they don't have much budget for marketing. We generates revenue for both hospitals and us. We show them different way out of revenue generation along with staff training , so the entity can run the business with minimum manpower with reduced overhead costing. End of 2024 , we are growing by 32.71% from last year in terms of net profit, New incremental patient generation for hospitals by 28%, helped them to develop international business by 18%, patient footfall by 31%. As way forward , expecting two new hospitals association by 1st Qtr . Still willing to associate more hospitals. www.rscn.org.in
