We recently undertook our April monthly monitoring inspection at 105 Victoria Street for our client, Allianz, and reflected on the progress made over the last 2+ years!   The impressive 445,000 square foot office space development in London, currently under construction, will feature a variety of amenities and aims to exceed sustainability benchmarks. Developed by BGO it is designed to operate solely on 100% renewable energy sources, ensuring net zero emissions throughout its lifecycle and 100% electrical power use.   Plus, a 25,000 ft² green space with terracing features a 100m looped 'walk and talk' track and an urban farm in development.   At Hollis, we’re delighted to be involved with extensive expertise.
