Hitachi Ventures’ Post

Check out our latest data blog where we explore how AI is reshaping the modern data stack and redefining roles within it based on insights from conversations with founders, Chief Data Officers, and heads of AI. Data and AI are so closely interlinked that to truly realize the potential of AI deployments, enterprises need a strong data strategy. Data engineers are shifting from manual ETL toward AI-driven validation, platform teams are adopting shift-left observability, and analysts and business users are increasingly turning to conversational interfaces for faster, more intuitive insights. Meanwhile, data infrastructure is consolidating around open formats like Iceberg, Delta Lake, and Parquet with lakehouses and vector-native databases emerging as the backbone of AI-native data architectures. #DataEngineering #EnterpriseAI #DataInfrastructure #GenAI #DataStrategy https://lnkd.in/gzxrD2nh cc Gayathri Radhakrishnan Deepak M. Gayathri Radhakrishnan data's only as good as what you do with it... i've seen projects stall because the pipeline wasn't built out properly. refining it upfront saves so much time later.
