Last week, CREtech hosted the most insightful webinar - An AI Driven Outlook on the Real Estate Market for 2025. Finally a session that goes beyond the definition of AI and it's use cases - the discussion defined some REAL challenges in the AI adoption in our industry. I encourage anyone in #multifamily to listen in on the importance of leadership, and all my #proptech friends to listen for a dose of reality on the adoption challenges ahead.
