“Our product will change more in the next twelve months than it has in the last ten years,” Dominik S. Richter, CEO and Co-Founder of HelloFresh announced today at our Capital Markets Day. The #HelloFresh management team provided some exciting insights into our strategic vision for 2025 and 2026 and key objectives that will allow us to return to high-margin growth and strong cash flow in 2027 and beyond. HelloFresh Group is committing approximately €100 million to enhance our meal kit and ready-to-eat offerings across all of our markets. Some of the most significant product improvements include: - We will double the menu choices to include a wider range of healthy and vegetarian options, new and exciting cuisines and flavours, premium ingredients and increased portion sizes - Following a successful next-day delivery pilot in the UK, we will accelerate delivery times in all of our markets - The HelloFresh Rewards loyalty program will be progressively rolled out to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Our ready-to-eat brand Factor will start offering high-protein desserts, protein shakes, healthy snacks and juices in the US - Factor has already introduced meals catering to GLP-1 users, one of the most exciting trends in the broader food market, with the aim to create a holistic experience for GLP-1 users along their weight loss journey We also provided more information on our currently running efficiency program with which we are targeting approximately €300 million in annual savings by 2026, with 70% of these measures expected to be implemented by the end of 2025. We have already significantly changed our marketing strategy, we are increasing labor productivity, reducing capex, saving on indirect procurement, and are right-sizing our meal kit production footprint.
